Eligibility
Refunds are available for the following hostAone.com services when purchased directly through our website:
- Shared Hosting – All plans (Starter, Professional, Enterprise)
- Reseller Hosting – All reseller plans
Non-Refundable Services
The following services and fees are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:
- Domain registrations and renewals – Domain names are registered with third-party registries and cannot be refunded once processed.
- Add-on services – SSL certificates, premium licenses, dedicated IPs, and other one-time add-ons.
- Setup or migration fees – Any one-time setup, migration, or configuration fees.
- Third-party services – Services provided by external partners (e.g., premium themes, plugins).
- Partial usage – Refunds are not prorated for partial months of service.
Refund Conditions
To qualify for a refund, all of the following conditions must be met:
- Refund request must be submitted within 30 calendar days of the original purchase or renewal date.
- Only first-time accounts are eligible for the money-back guarantee. Repeat customers may be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
- Your account must be in good standing with no outstanding balances or violations of our Terms of Service.
- The service must not have been used for illegal activities, spam, or abuse as defined in our Acceptable Use Policy.
- You must cancel your service before requesting a refund (see Section 6).
Refund Process
Follow these simple steps to request a refund:
- Cancel your service via the Client Area or contact Support to initiate cancellation.
- Submit a refund request by opening a ticket in the Client Area or emailing billing@hostAone.com.
- Provide verification – Include your account email, service name, and reason for the refund request.
- Wait for confirmation – Our billing team will review your request within 2–3 business days.
- Receive your refund – Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days to your original payment method.
Abuse Policy
hostAone.com reserves the right to deny refund requests in cases of:
- Fraudulent activity – Use of stolen payment methods, fake identities, or chargeback abuse.
- Service abuse – Excessive resource usage, spamming, hacking attempts, or violation of our Acceptable Use Policy.
- Multiple refund claims – Accounts with a history of frequent refund requests may be flagged for manual review.
- Policy manipulation – Attempts to exploit the refund policy (e.g., signing up, using the service heavily, then requesting a refund).
Decisions regarding abuse-related refund denials are final and made at hostAone.com's sole discretion.
Service Cancellation
You must cancel your service before requesting a refund. Refunds cannot be processed for active services.
How to cancel:
- Log in to your Client Area
- Navigate to Services → My Services
- Select the service you wish to cancel
- Click Request Cancellation and follow the prompts
