Welcome to hostAone.com. By using our services—including domain registration, shared hosting, and reseller hosting—you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before creating an account or purchasing services.

Services

hostAone.com provides the following services to customers:

  • Domain Registration – Registration and management of domain names through accredited registrars.
  • Shared Hosting – Web hosting services with NVMe storage, SSL, and cPanel access.
  • Reseller Hosting – White-label hosting solutions for agencies and entrepreneurs.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service, feature, or plan at any time without prior notice. Changes will be communicated via email or client area notifications.

Account Responsibility

As a hostAone.com customer, you agree to the following responsibilities:

  • Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username, password, API keys). Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
  • Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep it updated.
  • Account Activity: All actions taken under your account—including file uploads, domain changes, and support requests—are your responsibility.
  • Compliance: You agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and hostAone.com policies while using our services.

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use hostAone.com services for any of the following prohibited activities:

  • Illegal Activities: Hosting, distributing, or promoting content that violates local, national, or international law.
  • Spam & Phishing: Sending unsolicited bulk email, operating phishing sites, or engaging in email fraud.
  • Malware & Harmful Content: Distributing viruses, trojans, ransomware, or any code designed to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to systems.
  • Copyright Infringement: Hosting copyrighted material without proper authorization or licenses.
  • Prohibited Content: Adult content, hate speech, or material that violates our community standards (as defined by your specific plan).
  • Resource Abuse: Excessive CPU, RAM, or bandwidth usage that negatively impacts other customers on shared infrastructure.
⚠️ Violation Consequences: Accounts found in violation of this policy may be suspended or terminated immediately without notice or refund. Repeated violations may result in permanent banning from hostAone.com services.

Payments & Billing

  • Prepayment: All hostAone.com services must be paid in advance. Services are activated upon successful payment confirmation.
  • Payment Methods: We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.
  • Auto-Renewal: Services are set to auto-renew by default. You may disable auto-renewal anytime via your Client Area.
  • Failed Payments: If a payment fails, we will attempt to notify you. Services may be suspended after 7 days of non-payment.
  • Price Changes: hostAone.com reserves the right to adjust pricing with at least 30 days' prior notice via email or client area announcement.
  • Taxes: Prices exclude applicable taxes (VAT, GST, sales tax). You are responsible for paying any taxes associated with your purchase.

Domain Registration

  • Availability: Domain names are subject to availability at the time of registration. hostAone.com does not guarantee domain availability.
  • Non-Refundable: Once a domain is registered with the registry, it is non-refundable, even if cancelled within the hosting refund period.
  • Renewal Responsibility: You are solely responsible for renewing your domain names before expiration. hostAone.com will send renewal reminders, but failure to renew may result in domain loss.
  • Transfer Policy: Domains may be transferred to another registrar after 60 days from initial registration or last transfer, per ICANN policy.
  • WHOIS Privacy: Free WHOIS privacy is included with eligible domains. You may disable it at any time via your Client Area.
ℹ️ ICANN Compliance: All domain registrations are subject to the policies of ICANN and the respective domain registry (e.g., Verisign for .com). hostAone.com acts as an accredited registrar or reseller.

Service Uptime

hostAone.com strives to provide reliable, high-performance hosting infrastructure.

  • Target Uptime: We aim for 99.9% network uptime across our shared hosting infrastructure.
  • No Guarantee: Uptime is a target, not a guarantee. hostAone.com is not liable for downtime caused by factors beyond our reasonable control (e.g., force majeure, third-party outages, customer misconfiguration).
  • Maintenance Windows: Scheduled maintenance will be announced at least 48 hours in advance via email or client area. Emergency maintenance may occur with minimal notice to ensure security or stability.
  • Service Credits: If uptime falls below 99.9% in a calendar month due to our infrastructure, eligible customers may request a service credit. Contact support with logs for review.

Suspension & Termination

hostAone.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

  • Violation of these Terms & Conditions or our Acceptable Use Policy
  • Receipt of valid abuse complaints or legal notices regarding your content
  • Non-payment of invoices after the grace period
  • Fraudulent activity, chargeback abuse, or use of stolen payment methods
  • Excessive resource usage that impacts server stability for other customers
  • Request by law enforcement or regulatory authorities

Data Retention: Upon termination, your data may be retained for up to 30 days for backup purposes, after which it will be permanently deleted. hostAone.com is not responsible for data loss after termination.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Solvantis Vision LLC (operating as hostAone.com) shall not be liable for:

  • Data Loss: Loss of website files, databases, emails, or other data. You are responsible for maintaining independent backups.
  • Business Loss: Loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, or goodwill arising from service interruptions.
  • Service Interruptions: Downtime, latency, or performance issues caused by third-party networks, DDoS attacks, or force majeure events.
  • Third-Party Actions: Actions taken by domain registries, payment processors, or other third-party service providers.
  • Customer Actions: Issues arising from your misconfiguration, insecure code, or failure to apply security updates.
⚖️ Liability Cap: In no event shall Solvantis Vision LLC's total liability exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the 12 months preceding the incident.

Changes to Terms

hostAone.com may update these Terms & Conditions at any time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices.

  • Notice: Material changes will be communicated via email or client area announcement at least 14 days before taking effect.
  • Continued Use: Your continued use of hostAone.com services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
  • Right to Reject: If you do not agree to updated terms, you may cancel your services before the effective date and request a prorated refund for unused prepaid services (subject to our Refund Policy).
